Domaine Felines Jourdan Jourdan belongs to the family of winegrowers since 1983 for generations in the Languedoc, this family has worked to produce the best wines. Anchored along the Lake of Thau on the Mediterranean coast in Languedoc, the quality of our wines derived from this particular location. A few meters from the sea, our vineyards bathed in sea spray, enjoying their cool and moist benefits. In the vineyard, our philosophy is simple, we work to get the optimum maturity for harvest in order to produce quality wines, wine-making and adapt to the peculiarities of each vintage. We take care of our vineyards on the principles of rational control, applying only the required treatment. Naturally we are attentive to our environment as neighbour of a bird sanctuary and protected area of Bellevue. All waste water discharges from the cellar is treated in an evaporation basin. Each year the area is evolving as technology advances, while still attached to his land and traditions. Traditional winemaking, growing, and the passion of a family of winemakers make wines unique and with character. Pale straw in colour with hints of green. It boasts a spicy and floral bouquet, distinctive with echoes of gunflint, aniseed and fennel, not to mention oyster shell, pebbles and almost a hint of honey. Pleasant and explosive, with notes of fresh fruits and exotic fruits- complex, it expresses hints of citrus fruit, aniseed, fennel, lime tree, honeysuckle, acacia, and has a light flavour of mineral notes on the finish.
